Environmental justice (especially in primary productions) as if they were enemies of Last Database development9. Is it possible to think about change without questioning the status quo? Neo-developmentalist heterodoxy thus sustains the need to finance change with what exists10. And what exists are the powerful primary productions that we Last Database have already pointed out: agribusiness, mining and hydrocarbons. In doing so, they tacitly accept the idea of Last Database static comparative advantage as a guide to their actions. Unlike the neoliberals, who embrace this idea with relish, they do so with a bitter taste.eleven.
The government of the Frente de Last Database Todos adopts this strategic orientation at the discursive level and in concrete policies and thus weakens the objectives of a fairer and more equitable development that –it is worth recognizing– promotes in Last Database parallel another part of the ruling alliance. We understand that by taking this path, at least five relevant points are omitted in the logic of seeking a better future. These omissions stem from a peculiar readingof the Last Database structures on which it operates. First, there is the idea that there is an external constraint that is operative by virtue of trading currencies; that is, the old external constraint based on unequal exchange.
Although valid, this reading omits the fact that the main Last Database routes of foreign currency outflows today are not commercial, but, mainly, capital flight. In substance, this drainage of resources is financed with debt during the neoliberal governments and with Last Database commercial dollars under the "non-neoliberal" trials, but the resources always leave. It is worth noting that the Frente de Todos upheld the architecture of capital and exchange Last Database controls inherited from the previous government, which has partially contained the flight. It is impossible to forget that a large part of it originates from the unequal distribution of income, that makes those who have investable surpluses prefer to hoard.
